All shelter needs windows, to gaze, ponder, daydream, and wish the weather was nice enough to go outside
Early on in the build, I searched for and found a set of wooden windows and a matching sliding door. It helped us design the build knowing what dimensions to work with. It humbles me, knowing that these windows have existed since 1983, six years before I took my first breath, and that the hardwood trees grew decades if not centuries before that!
I've been spending way too much checking my tongue in the mirror and bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer but my breath fogged up the glas. - Jason Mraz
Step 1. Carefully removing the window slats, removing the glass, and scrape off all the sealant.
Step 2. Get a bunch of help to sand, sand, and sand some more!
Step 3. Oiling 'em down
Step 4. Little sting in the tail manually sanding and oiling the glas slats
